San Diego Baseball Camps at The University of San Diego

Torero Baseball Camps host some of the top San Diego baseball camps for youth players, high school prospects, and advanced athletes looking to develop their skills. Held at the University of San Diego, our camps provide elite instruction from NCAA Division I coaches in a competitive and supportive environment. Players train on the same field used by the USD Toreros while learning professional-level fundamentals.

Our camp schedules are carefully designed to balance instruction, activity, and rest.

  • 8:30 AM Check-In – Parents drop off campers at designated location. Staff greet each camper and guide them to their group.
  • 9:00 AM Skill Instruction & Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching, movement exercises, and introduction to daily focus skills.
  • Late AM Hitting, Throwing, Fielding Stations: Campers rotate through skill stations with instruction and hands-on practice.

  • Midday Lunch Break & Rest: Supervised lunch period with time to recharge and hydrate in shaded areas.
  • Afternoon Games, Competitions & Team Activities: Fun competitive games that reinforce skills learned earlier in the day.

  • 3:00 PM Pick-Up: Organized dismissal with staff ensuring each camper is picked up by authorized adult.

  • Late AM Batting Practice & Testing: Structured hitting sessions with measurable performance assessments.
  • Afternoon Live Gameplay & Scrimmage: Game situations allowing coaches to evaluate in-game performance and decision-making.
  • Late PM Wrap-Up & Dismissal: Closing remarks, Q&A opportunity, and organized dismissal process.
  • Players are grouped and guided throughout the day. Coaching staff and operations personnel present on field.
